Number 2 is wrong, because the windows are both inside and outside the house. I can prove this by touching the glass from the inside or the outside.

So if you say "You will hang me" that could be true and they could both hang you and shoot you (that they will hang you does not imply that they won't also shoot you). There's a lot that's left implicit in these questions that should be stated explicitly in order for the logic to work.
